After years working as an accountant, Mandy discovered her true calling in real estate. With both cotton and coal in her blood, her story is woven from hardworking legacy: her father retired from Collins & Aikman in Roxboro, and her grandfather was a coal miner in West Virginia.
After years of serving others in customer service, a chance lunch with Mandy sparked something new—and the real estate journey began. Today, Christa brings problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset, and a genuine desire to help people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: finding home.

Meet Elijah—our incredible Associate and one of the driving forces behind Cotton & Coal Legacy. Born in Durham and now living in Mebane with his parents, Elijah brings curiosity, creativity, and heart to everything he does.
From placing signs and snapping progress pics to scouting out the unique details that make each property special, Elijah plays a key role in keeping our team connected and inspired. He’s also the friendly face handing out business cards and making sure our message reaches the community.
Outside of real estate, Elijah is a true artist at heart. He loves music, reading, and riding his golf cart with his dog in tow. A regular at Barnes & Noble and the local library, he’s an avid reader with a massive record collection and a passion for antique hunting. You’ll often find him behind his drum kit, rocking out to his latest favorite song.
Elijah reminds us daily that real estate is about more than houses—it’s about people, stories, and the joy of building something meaningful together.
